How do I schedule a prophetic session with Dr. Reggie

To schedule an appointment with Dr. Reggie, call our toll-free number 800-401-8129, press option 1.  You must pay for your session to confirm your appointment.  You can make your payment online in our Web Store or you can request an invoice be sent to you via email.  You will receive a confirmation email upon receipt of your payment.

How do I reach Dr. Reggie for my scheduled appointment

You must call Dr. Reggie at the time scheduled for your appointment.  Call the toll free number, 800-401-8129, extension 3, and you will be connected to Dr. Reggie's private line.  If you call before your scheduled time you will receive a message that no one is available to take your call.

At the time you book your appointment, we program your phone number and appointment time in Dr. Reggie's private line.  If you receive a message that no one is available to take your call check the following:    (1) make sure you are calling at your designated time; and (2) make sure you are calling from the same phone number you used to book your appointment.  If both of these issues are resolved and you still cannot connect, call 800-401-8129, extension 1 to be connected.

I would like to have private session in person with Dr. Reggie

Dr. Reggie only conducts in person sessions at special events.  If you are in the Atlanta area and would like a private session, please call our toll free number to schedule appointment.  Keep in mind that the fee is $250.00 for an hour session.

Can I get a prophetic word by email?

Dr. Reggie no longer provides a prophetic word via email due to his busy schedule.

What if I have follow-up questions after my session?

If you have questions following your session, please call our office to schedule an appointment.

Can I get a recording of my session?

Yes. We can provide a recording of your session with Dr. Reggie on a CD, but you must request it prior to your session.  The cost is $10.00.

Can I get a refund for my session?

NO REFUNDS FOR MISSED PHONE APPOINTMENTS.  If you do not call Dr. Reggie at your scheduled appointment time, you must call and reschedule your appointment within 24 hours.  Your payment will not be refunded. 

Can I cancel my appointment?

To cancel your appointment, you must call the office at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.  A 15% cancellation fee will be applied.
